Plant maintenance

The work, against the model. Every inspection, test and record lands on the part it belongs to.

A value in square brackets is a placeholder. The record stays on the part whoever opens it.
The same part in the twin: pick it in the model and its record opens beside it.

As it runs

Maintain as it runs: the plant's work orders, inspections and plans, on the parts of the model.

The Maintain home on the lite platform: open work, what is due, and the plans behind it, for a demo site. Every row sits on a part of the twin.

How it works

Three things, in this order.

01

The record, on the part

Inspection data, schematics, CAD, manuals and test records sit on the equipment they describe, found from the part rather than from a folder.

02

Validated first

The twin is checked before it is trusted. Once validated, commissioning, testing and inspection work against it: what was checked, on which part, by which document.

03

One history

The work done and the alarms raised sit side by side on the same part, so the next person starts from what happened last, not from a tag name.
